PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Description:
We are looking for a seasoned supervisor capable of motivating, mentoring, and empowering teams. Must be comfortable supporting company policies and have a good knowledge of employment law.

Our supervisors assign work and instruct in proper work performance, safety requirements, company rules and procedures and arrange for proper maintenance of machines and equipment. They actively encourage and support concepts of employee involvement, continuous quality improvements, lean manufacturing concepts, and encourage and build teams.

If hired, you will be responsible for discipline, employee relations, performance reviews, and wage recommendations as well as making recommendations to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product. You will also prioritize and coordinate the work flow on the shift.

Local candidates with prior sheet extrusion experience and a good work history will be considered over all others.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, possess the ability to train others, and know how to delegate and give direction. Proven and demonstrated leadership skills a must. MRP experience helpful. Five to eight years related experience required.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REP / INSIDE SALES
Description:
King Plastic Corporation is looking for a dynamic, seasoned, inside sales professional to provide customer service via quotations, trouble shooting, and offering technical guidance for our customers as well as establish and nurture relationships with new accounts.

This position analyzes individual requests and takes appropriate action to ensure that the customer needs are met and also coordinates sales activities with other internal company departments in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Updating and maintaining CRM and manual recordkeeping systems when necessary are also a function of this position.

Successful candidate will respond to customer telephone or written inquiries regarding:

• Product selection
• Placement of orders for product and services
• Requests for pricing and quotations
• Complaints, including returns, shortages and adjustments
• Expediting requests (literature and samples, etc.)
• Providing follow up and initiating correspondence necessary to process customer orders

Requirements:
The successful candidate will be will be reliable, organized, methodical, computer literate (working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook a must and MRP/ERP systems and CRM modules helpful). Must also be technical, and must possess strong administrative skills, professional telephone skills and have a pleasant phone voice. In addition, strong mathematical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Two years of previous Customer Service and/or sales experience in a high traffic in-bound manufacturing call center is required with at least a high school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge of the marine and industrial distribution sales experience as well as technical knowledge of plastics and raw materials is a plus. 

INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC
Description:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic. Successful candidate will have extensive working knowledge of machine repair of industrial manufacturing equipment. Experience with P.M. programs, hydraulics, electronic and electrical controls, and troubleshooting. Fabrication and welding experience is a plus however not required.

This is a night shift position (generally 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) with rotating 40+ hour weeks.

Knowledge of PLC’s, AC/DC drives, AB Controls, a plus.

Requirements:
It is essential that candidate be in good physical condition to work with our products and machinery. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, be able to work in a high-temperature work environment, and read measuring instruments. Must be able to work on-call occasionally and work required overtime as necessary. Successful candidate will have ten+ years experience in an industrial setting.
