	King Plastic Corporation was one of the first plastic manufacturers to produce slabs up to 32 inches thick and has created slabs up to 48 inches thick. These huge sections meet the rigorous standards of even the most demanding industries. King Plastic Corp. has supplied giant slabs and massive shapes for applications ranging from nuclear testing contractors, to disposal sites for suction housings, to several Universities for engineering studies.
	For several industries, King Plastic Corp. has manufactured massive shapes that have weighed in excess of 6,000 pounds. Recently, huge blocks of King Plastic's polypropylene were used in precision testing equipment at a US government installation, handling 100,000 volts. King Plastic Corporation’s state-of-the-art testing capabilities and thorough quality control allow for production of high-quality materials. All incoming raw materials are tested and
highly trained personnel from the in-house QC lab inspect material at seven stations during the manufacturing process, then three more times before shipping. When necessary, King Plastic Corp. also provides computerized color matching, accelerated weather tests, and fluoroscopic X-ray.
